2nd Day Overturned Tractor Trailer Affects Traffic

Skyforce10 is over the Ben Franklin Bridge where cranes are moving into place to remove an overturned tractor trailer, hours after it flipped onto its left side Wednesday night. NBC10’s Christine Maddela is monitoring traffic delays and looking for alternate routes for commuters.
