2 NJ Teens Charged in Clown Threats on Social Media

A teen girl and a teen boy were both arrested in connection to a series of clown social media posts threatening students and residents in Washington Township, New Jersey. Several similar incidents have occurred nationwide, including in Philadelphia. NBC10’s Denise Nakano has the details.
