2 Dozen Cats and Dogs Rescued From Abandoned Home

After their owner was evicted, two dozen cats and a dog were rescued from a small home in Richland Township, Allegheny County. Each animal required immediate medical attention as they suffered from flea infestation, respiratory infections, and eye damage. Now, the Bucks County SPCA is fighting to seize these animals.
