13 Year Old Filmed Partially Clothed in Mall Bathroom

Police and a Bucks County mother are asking for your help in finding the man they say filmed a 13-year-old in a mall bathroom. Officers say the girl was using the bathroom at the food court of the Oxford Valley Mall in Bucks County when a man, hiding in an out-of-order stall, recorded a video of her partially clothed. The girl’s mother hoped that near-by security cameras would be able to catch the man on video, but found out that the mall has no cameras located in the hallway the man escaped through.  NBC10’s Deanna Durante spoke to the child’s mother about the crime.
