‘What We're Doing Isn't Working': Bipartisan Effort to Help Vets Dealing With PTSD

Pennsylvania Rep. Tracy Pennycuick, R-Montgomery County, and Rep. Jennifer O’Mara, D-Delaware County, have teamed up to help loved ones and other veterans deal with the symptoms of PTSD. They say “what we’re doing isn’t working” and they are pushing for magical mushroom usage as treatment. NBC10’s Lucy Bustamante reports as part of her Helping Our Heroes series.
