Dr. Farley: Seeing COVID Infection Clusters in Group Homes, City Jail

Philadelphia Health Commissioner Dr. Thomas Farley said Thursday that the city is seeing clusters of coronavirus infections among people living in a group setting. The city is also adding group home workers to the people allowed to get immediate COVID-19 testing.
