Septa Queen Lane Station Restored

Septa celebrates the re-opening of the Queen Lane Station. The station underwent a $4.1 million dollar award-winning renovation to restore the historic building inside and out. “Queen Lane Station has held an important place in its community for more than 125 years,” said Septa General Manager, Joseph Casey.” This renovation project has incorporated modern amenities while restoring the station’s 19th century character.” The restoration included refurbishing the station porch, new stairs, resurfacing the parking lot and much more.
