Runaway Tire Slams Through Roof of Philly Building

A runaway truck tire hit a car on the Schuylkill Expressway then bounced high enough to come slamming through the roof a nearby building, leaving working inside pretty shaken up. They were all sent home for the day. The woman in the car was taken to the hospital to be checked out.
