Philly's Wave of Violence

144 people have been murdered in Philadelphia this year and high school student Savon Traub is one of them. Traub was killed Monday night on the 6400 block of Glenmore Avenue in Elmwood. NBC10’s Monique Braxton spoke to Philadelphia Chief of Staff Everett Gillison about the city’s violence.
