Parents Charged in Disturbing Child Neglect Case

The parents of a 6-year-old boy are charged with child endangerment after their son was found severely malnourished and near death. The Bridgeport couple is due in court for a preliminary hearing on Thursday. NBC10’s Claudia Rivero reports.
