Officer Dragged 1 Block After Traffic Stop

Police are searching for a man who allegedly ran over a police officer’s foot and then dragged him one city block after he was pulled over during a traffic stop. The officer was treated for a fractured leg and abrasions. Police recovered the suspect’s vehicle and are searching for him.
