NTSB Investigates Chesterfield's Fatal School Bus Accident

National Transportation and Safety Board Investigator, Pete Kotowski, outlines why the government is investigating yesterday’s fatal school bus crash in Chesterfield, Burlington County, New Jersey. An 11-year-old girl died in that crash. 17 students were injured. New Jersey is one of only six states in the country that requires seat belts in school buses.
