NoLibs Building Fire No History of Violations

A 4-alarm fire broke out in Northern Liberties on Front Street and West Girard Avenue around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday. The burning building shut down SEPTA’s Market-Frankford El line between Huntingdon and Spring Garden. The line was re-opened around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The building owned by Tower Investment has no history of inspection violations. NBC10’s Terry Ruggles reports.
