Man Detained After Bringing Fireworks to Philly International: Cops

Philadelphia Police say Joseph Picklo, 29, says he is a business man and forgot to remove fireworks from his carry-on luggage before boarding a San Francisco-bound plane from Philadelphia. He was stopped by TSA, detained and eventually charged, police said. NBC10’s Tim Furlong has the latest.
