First Snowflakes, Flurries Fall on Parts of Philadelphia Region

NBC10 First Alert Weather meteorologist Glenn “Hurricane” Schwartz says that a warm-up is coming after neighborhoods north and west of Philadelphia had the first snowflakes of the season fall Wednesday.
