Diver: “Everything's Just Crazy Down There”

Lt. Andrew Napoli is the diver who found and tagged the Duck boat on the bottom of the Delaware River after it capsized on Wednesday, July 7, 2010. He explains why divers had such a short window of opportunity to get to the bottom of the river and why it’s too dangerous to go back down.
