Delco Refinery to Reopen

A subsidiary of Delta Airlines will buy the ConocoPhillips refinery in Trainer for 150 million dollars. It will spend another 100 million dollars to make changes at the facility and increase the production of jet fuel. The deal is expected to close at the end of June. NBC10’s Cydney Long has the story.
