Congress Considers Marcellus Shale Drilling Concerns

Committees in both the U.S. House and Senate held hearings in April on the process of horizontal hydraulic fracturing to harvest natural gas from formations deep in the Marcellus Shale. State regulators are also looking at drilling regulations.
