Children Attacked, 1 Killed in Camden

Police are searching for a man known as “Poppy” who they believe slashed the throats of two children at a home in Camden. A 6-year-old boy has died, a 12-year-old girl is in critical condition. NBC10’s Jesse Gary has more from the scene.
