Judge Allowed Suspect to Get His Guns Back Prior to Deadly Hospital Shooting, Court Records Show

We’re learning more about Stacey Hayes, the 55-year-old Jefferson University Hospital employee accused of shooting and killing his co-worker and then shooting two police officers. Court records show police appeared to have confiscated Hayes’ weapons months prior to the shooting. Yet Hayes was able to get his weapons back after asking a Philadelphia judge.
