Death Benefits for More Philly Workers Killed by COVID-19 Approved by Council

Philadelphia City Council approved legislation that guarantees death benefits for any city employee killed by COVID-19 and who was required to work in person. It does need Mayor Jim Kenney’s signature. NBC10 investigative reporter Claudia Vargas talked to the law’s sponsor, Councilman Bobby Henon.
