City Cleans Up Illegal Dumping Site in Germantown After NBC10 Investigation

After a Germantown street became overrun by trash and large pieces of garbage, neighbors called the NBC10 Investigators looking for help. NBC10 investigative reporter Mitch Blacher spoke with Philly’s Streets Department which responded by clearing the area.
