Woman Runs to Raise Cancer Awareness During Blue Cross Broad Street Run

With her father-in-law dying from it and her father surviving it, Maggie Muir Shylock had already been greatly impacted by cancer before learning she had a predisposition for certain cancers. She’s running for the American Cancer Society’s DetermiNation team during the Blue Cross Broad Street Run in Philadelphia on Sunday to spread awareness She shared her story with NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle.
