    HIP-HOP HOMECOMING: Fresh off the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, the Roots head back to their roots with a bunch of friends for the Roots Picnic. The event will be at Penn’s Landing and features performances by The Roots, Public Enemy, The Black Keys and TV On The Radio. After disbanding in 1994, New Kids On The Block will finally return to Philly tonight to play at the Susquehanna Bank Center. Tickets start at $32 for lawn seats.
