advertisement

Celebrate Christmas under the sea this season at the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, N.J.

From now through January 2, meet Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and take pictures with him in his forest of white glowing trees. Rudolph will even send you and your family a personalized holiday greeting.

Aquarium enthusiasts can get their picture taken with Santa Claus, but not while sitting on his lap! This Santa isn’t just any Santa he’s Scuba Santa. Watch as he dives into the aquarium waters to deliver Christmas gifts to all the deep-sea animals. In fact, there will be more shows and appearances by Scuba Santa this year then ever before.

A Christmas tree lighting will also be taking place at the aquarium during the Humble Bumble Show. Bumble the Abominable Snow Monster will be not only be lighting the tree and putting the star on top, but he will make snow inside the aquarium!

Experience the great holiday movie “Polar Express” in 4-D in the aquarium’s state of the art 4-D theater.

The aquarium is also celebrating the holiday season by hosting breakfast with Scuba Santa. There will be four opportunities -- December 4, 5, 11 and 12 -- to eat a delicious breakfast of sausage, bacon, scrambled cheddar cheese eggs, waffles and much more.

When you aren’t busy filling up on the buffet you can meet Bumble and Santa and also make holiday crafts. To purchase tickets to the special breakfast visit the website.

Adventure Aquarium is open everyday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Prices for adults range from $21.95 to $26.95 depending on the package. Youth tickets range from $17.95 to $22.95.
