An explosion blew a hole in a Philadelphia bridge Friday night, sending four people to the hospital. Police say there was no sign of any explosives. The blast appears to be an accident, caused by icicles coming into contact with high power lines. NBC10's Rosemary Connors talked to police as well as travelers who were affected by the explosion.
