Snow Is on the Way, Northern and Western Neighborhoods to Get the Worst of It

A quick-moving winter storm could bring inches of snow to some parts of the region Monday. NBC10 First Alert Weather meteorologist Bill Henley is tracking the storm expected to drop snow and rain.
