Rain Moves on Out, Temps Warm but the Next Storm Is Coming

After lots of cold rain overnight, temps on Tuesday after expected to get to around 50 in Philadelphia as the storm clears out. NBC10 First Alert Weather meteorologist Bill Henley is tracking the next storm, which is expected to bring snow on Thursday.
