NBC10 First Alert Weather: Windy, Cold Plus a Warm-Up Ahead

Temperatures Thursday will remain cold throughout the region. Though winds will not be as strong as Wednesday, the cold air is sticking around, making temperatures drop to the 20s. Starting Friday, though, temperatures will gradually rise.
