NBC10 First Alert Weather: Sunny and Cold Wednesday Ahead

As the Tuesday rain dries out, an arctic blast is moving in to our region. Even with the sun out on Wednesday, some counties will feel as if temperatures are in the teens by the evening. NBC10 First Alert Weather meteorologist Brittney Shipp has the forecast.
