Clouds to Stick Around, Chance for Spotty Showers

There is a chance for some spotty showers Tuesday afternoon after some storms and heavy downpours moved through overnight. NBC10 First Alert Weather meteorologist Bill Henley says clouds should mostly remain for the rest of the day.
