NBC10 First Alert Weather meteorologist Bill Henley is wearing a cardigan in honor of Taylor Swift’s trio of concerts in South Philadelphia this weekend. There are some showers in Saturday’s forecast, but Bill says Swifties should stay dry during the big shows.
