The Rescues of Tropical Storm Harvey

More than 60 military aircraft are assisting with the disaster response in Houston. Houston’s convention center is now a shelter for thousands forced from their homes from Harvey. Private businesses are opening their doors for the victims as well. NBC’s national correspondent Sarah Dallof has more on the rescues and what is next for those storm victims.
