Snow and Slick Roads Cause Crashes and Commuter Headaches

Less than an inch of snow in Cumberland County, N.J. was enough to make roads very slick. In Atlantic County more than a dozen accidents were reported on the Garden State Parkway. The snow began to taper off by late afternoon.
