People, Pets Rescued From Floodwaters in Montgomery County

Multiple crews are using boats to rescue people and pets from their flooded homes in Bridgeport, Montgomery County, Thursday morning. The crews went house by house rescuing adults and children from upper floor windows and roofs. NBC10’s Mitch Blacher reports from above the overflowing Schuylkill River.
