NBC10 First Alert Weather: Cold and Gusty Wednesday

The snow, mostly, moves out of the greater Philadelphia region Wednesday. However, the cold temperatures remain, with winds gusting possibly above 40 mph and making temperatures feel like the low 30s. Those same winds could cause dangerous snow squalls for northern neighborhoods later in the day.
