Dangerous conditions are unfolding in the Philadelphia region as a severe storm continues to dump several inches of rain over portions of Philadelphia, Bucks, Burlington, Montgomery and Camden counties. We are under a Flash Flood Emergency until 7 p.m. – a rare designation for the Philadelphia region. Please take cover and do not drive through flooded areas.
