NBC10 First Alert Weather: Tornado Warning Expires for Chester County

A Tornado Warning was in effect for Chester County late Thursday night but expired at 11:30 p.m. A First Alert remains in effect until 2 a.m. however. NBC10 First Alert Weather chief meteorologist Tammie Souza has the details.
