The intensity is weakening, but there will still be plenty of rain for Sunday. Conditions will also be colder as strong winds move in. Temperatures will range between 40 degrees in the Lehigh Valley to 48 degrees in the Jersey Shore, with Philadelphia falling in the middle at 44 degrees.
