NBC10 First Alert Weather: Powerful Winds to Pound Region

The Philadelphia region is set to be pounded by powerful winds that could reach more than 50 mph in some areas. The winds will start gusting by mid-afternoon Sunday and continue through Monday evening. They could topple weakened trees and cause scattered power outages.
