Temperatures Sunday will top off in the upper 70s to low 80s, with dry, partly cloudy conditions for the Eagles season opener. Down the Jersey Shore and Delaware beaches, the rip current risk has been reduced to moderate as Hurricane Dorian continues to move off the U.S. Northeast.
