NBC10 First Alert Forecast: Round Two of Winter Storm

Sunday morning will be dry, but the afternoon will bring snow and rain. The early afternoon will see rain falling over most of the Philadelphia region, and by the evening cold air will begin moving in, turning the rain into snow. Snow will fall steadily and perhaps even heavily and continue through Monday.
