First Alert Weather: Halloween Showers and Thunderstorms

NBC10 First Alert Weather meteorologist Glenn “Hurricane” Schwartz is tracking the on and off rain hour by hour, with an unseasonably warm conditions for trick-or-treating. A First Alert goes into effect at 9 p.m. Thursday as strong storms roar into the region.
