A Tornado Watch is in effect for Berks, Cumberland, Lehigh, Mercer and Northampton counties in Pennsylvania. A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect for Cumberland County. The rest of the area will see more warmth and sunshine as we move into the weekend.
