NBC10 First Alert Weather: Pounding Rain, Thunderstorms

NBC10 First Alert Weather meteorologist Bill Henley has issued a First Alert for the heavy rain that will be moving in late Thursday, and not leaving the area until late Friday. There is a high potential for flooding in coastal and inland areas.
