Ethics Lawsuit Filed Against Super PAC and Nonprofit Supporting Jeff Brown

An ethics lawsuit was filed against a super PAC and a nonprofit supporting Philadelphia mayoral candidate Jeff Brown. Both groups have agreed not to spend anymore money to influence the primary election however it does not resolve the larger issue. NBC10’s Lauren Mayk has the details.
