David Oh would make history if he wins the mayor race and he believes he has a path to victory

Republican David Oh is trying to make some history of his own during the mayoral race. If he wins he would be the first Republican elected since the 1940s. Oh said despite being outweighed by Dems he has a path he believes could lead him to victory. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville has more.
