Philly Navy Yard Spins Interactive Cocoon in Warehouse

Last year, the Navy Yard Sea Monster appeared in an abandoned warehouse at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. This year, artists have spun a cocoon out of 21.5 miles of clear packing tape inside another warehouse for all to see, enjoy and experience.
