Group Calls for Punxsutawney Phil to Be Traded in for a Robot Groundhog

PETA wants to replace Punxsutawney Phil with a weather-predicting robot groundhog. The animal rights group wrote a letter to the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club requesting he be sent to a sanctuary.
