Water recedes along Delaware Avenue in Philadelphia, traffic flowing again

Parts of Columbus Boulevard near Philadelphia’s Penn’s Landing were closed overnight due to Delaware River flooding. NBC10’s Brenna Weick shows how the water receded enough by 6:30 a.m. for drivers to get by again.
